THE NORTH OF IBIZA (THE GIRI CAFÉ, LOS ENAMORDADOS AND ELEMENTS)

Hi babes. Today we went to the Northern part of the island for the first time. And it was so magical. We started our little trip to Portinatx around 7 pm, we had a dinner reservation at 10 pm and definitely didn’t wanted to miss the sunset.

When we arrived in Portinatx we drove to Los Enemorados. Los Enemorados is located in the cute little harbour of Portinatx and is a restaurant, a beach bar, boutique hotel and it has a beautiful store. We drank some cocktails and walked a little bit around.

After exploring Portinatx, we drove to the beach of Benirràs. Famous for its spectacular sunsets and hippie drumming on Sundays. And yes, we were there on Sunday, so had the full experience of Benirràs. The vibe is so cool and so different than we’re used to from Ibiza. We had a drink at Elements, a pretty dining location, fronting right to the sands of Cala Benirràs and we watched the beautiful sunset.

When the sun was set, we drove to Sant Joan to have dinner at The Giri Café. A stand-alone restaurant just metres away from the hotel The Giri Residence. The restaurant is so pretty and the food is more than delicious. Every meal tastes so fresh and the staff is super friendly. The garden and the interior are a must to observe.

“The Giri Café was born from our passion for food, design and all beautiful things in life. We try to follow some simple guidelines: Eat seasonally, Eat locally, and sustainably. Shop at the market, Plant a garden. Conserve and recycle. Cook simply, engaging all your senses.  Set the table with care and respect. Eat together, food is precious and made with love.”

Lots of love! Xx
